1.Tax
Goods and Services Tax (GST) are not included in our prices.

2.Prices
Our prices may vary from time to time, and are subject to alteration without notice. Freight charges are extra.

3.Forwarding Instructions
Symbiont Ecology Group will forward goods by the method we consider best. All goods travel from our warehouse at the customer’s risk. If the customer wishes to have their goods insured, please advise us. Insurance charges are extra. Symbiont Ecology Group will not accept liability or responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage of goods, caused directly or indirectly by delay arising for any reason whatsoever, including failure from any cause whatsoever to deliver the whole or any part of the goods.
Symbiont Ecology Group will not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by war, strikes, lockouts, perils of the sea, or any other cause beyond its control.

4.Property
Goods purchased shall be entirely at the Purchaser’s risk from the time of leaving the warehouse to delivery at specified address BUT ownership and title of the goods shall remain with Symbiont Ecology Group until the purchase prices and all other moneys owing by the Purchaser to Symbiont Ecology Group in respect of goods supplied shall have been paid for in full.

5.Orders
Orders are accepted to our ability to fulfil. Symbiont Ecology Group does not accept responsibility for delays.

6.Payment
Sales are made subject to payment in full 7th days from invoice. When payment is not made by the due date, Symbiont Ecology Group shall be entitled to charge interest of 20% per annum, until payment is made.

7.Warranty
Warranty does not apply to any goods sold by Symbiont Ecology Group.

8.Specifications
Symbiont Ecology Group does not accept any responsibility for any errors in data, or for any financial loss incurred by a customer due to an error in the data.

9.Indirect Loss
In no circumstances whatsoever will Symbiont Ecology Group have any liability of any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the customer.

10. Dispute
Should any unresolved dispute arise between Symbiont Ecology Group and the customer, it shall be resolved by arbitration.

11. Return of Goods
Symbiont Ecology Group reserves the right to accept or reject the return of goods. If goods are accepted to be returned, this must be done within 30 days from receipt of invoice and must be in resalable condition, both the product and the packaging. Freight for the return of goods is to be paid for by the customer.

12. If any clause or clauses or part or parts of any clause of these conditions shall be invalid, unenforceable or ineffective for any reason whatsoever, the remaining clauses and conditions or parts thereof shall be nonetheless binding and enforceable.
